London (December 2018)

I attended an IOP OPEN (Outreach and public engagement network) meeting the 7th of December. The topic discussed was the inclusion of the LGBT minorities to the sciences and to Physics in particular; but on my opinion was too much prepared for the people going to schools and making a show to interests the students into studying Physics, rather than for University staff helping the minorities to strive on the Physics courses. In any case, attending the meeting gave me the chance of visiting once again London, which is always a great thing to do.
