I am Juan Camilo López Carreño.
I was born in Bogotá, Colombia 33.34 years ago.
Physics and me
I'm a theoretical physicist. I completed my PhD thesis at the [www.uam.es Universidad Autónoma de Madrid] currently doing my Ph. D. at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid under the supervision of Dr. Fabrice Laussy and Dr. Elena del Valle.
Our research activities lie within the field of Quantum Optics. In particular, we study the particles resulting from the quantum mixture of light and matter: the polaritons.
